SaveDL respects intellectual property rights. We respond to valid notices of alleged infringement in accordance with applicable law, including the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) where relevant.
SaveDL is a tool that processes URLs submitted by users. We do not operate a public file-hosting gallery of third-party works. Reports should identify specific infringing material and how it relates to our service.
Copyright notice
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Identification of the material and sufficient information to locate it
- Your contact information (name, address, email, phone if applicable)
- A statement of good-faith belief that use is not authorized by the rights holder
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder
- Your physical or electronic signature
Send notices to our support email with subject line "DMCA Notice" (see Contact page).
Counter-notification
If you believe content was removed or disabled by mistake, you may submit a counter-notification that meets DMCA requirements. We may forward it to the complainant and restore material when appropriate.
Repeat infringers
We may limit or terminate access for users who repeatedly infringe copyright, subject to our technical ability to identify repeat abuse.
